  5. tagcase0.zip    Converts case of HTML tags (ANSI C w/src)

  7. tagcase is a filter which converts the case of HTML tags without
  8. disturbing attribute values. Comments are converted too. Contains ANSI
  9. C source and DOS executable. Sample usage:
  10. TAGCASE + < apage.htm > bpage.htm
  11. to convert tags in file apage.htm to upper case in file bpage.htm; to
  12. convert apage.htm to lower case bpage.htm:
  13. TAGCASE - < apage.htm > bpage.htm
